This yoga class is a great way to do yoga in the office and at your desk. This can be completely seated class or a blend between seating and standing with the chair class. We modify traditional Hatha Yoga into poses you can do in your chair or while using your chair for support. Join us for chair yoga every third Friday of the month!* This class is free to the public, with no registration required. Space is limited, so arrive early to claim your spot. *Please note, there is no class on Friday, 11/21/2025. |
